Moshe Mirsky has been practicing law since 1981. Currently, Moshe is a solo practitioner with a general practice concentrating in commercial/business matters, including commercial litigation, appeals, arbitration, real estate transactions representing both individuals and corporate entities, negotiation and drafting of contracts, structuring of small businesses, drafting of Last Wills and Testaments, probate and administration of estates.
Moshe worked in both medium and small law firms before opening his own law practice in 1992. He has also taught classes in Continuing Legal Education and authored an article that appeared on the front page of the New York Law Journal. On a personal note, Moshe is involved in local communal affairs.
